How do I care for my candles?

How do I care for my body mists?
Shake well before each use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.

How can I make my body mist scent last longer?
Apply to pulse points, such as wrists, neck, or behind the ears, and gently rub in. For best results, apply over moisturized skin to help the fragrance linger.

Are the body mists safe to spray on fabrics?
Yes, generally. The ingredients are heavily diluted, so staining should be minimal. However, darker essential oils such as patchouli, sandalwood, and jasmine may be more likely to leave marks. Always test on a small, hidden area of fabric first.

How long do your candles last?
Our 5oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours.

How long do your body mists last?
Body mists are best used within 6 months of opening for optimal fragrance. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your candles and body mists vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All our products are made with vegan ingredients and are cruelty-free. No animal testing is ever used.

Do your candles contain harmful chemicals?
No. Our candles are formulated without Prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens, phthalates, parabens, mutagens, or reproductive, organ, or acute toxins.

Do your body mists contain synthetic fragrances?
No. All of our body mists use natural essential oils, free from synthetic fragrances.

Can I use your body mists on sensitive skin?
Yes. Our body mists are made with clean, gentle ingredients and natural essential oils. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test first.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us immediately at alirose.fragrances@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How long does shipping take?
All items are made and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping times depend on your carrier and location.
